These terms govern your use of lepouratl.com and the Le'Pour ATL client portal. Bookings are governed by the separate Le’Pour ATL Service Agreement you sign electronically.

Quotes

Online quotes are estimates valid for 7 days and are confirmed only when we accept your request and you sign the Service Agreement and pay the retainer.

Dry hire

Le'Pour ATL is a dry-hire bartending service. Under Georgia law we cannot sell alcohol. You (the host) purchase and own the alcohol; we provide certified staff, equipment, mixers, and service.

Electronic signatures and records

By using the portal you agree to receive records and sign documents electronically under the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-12-1 et seq.) and the federal E-SIGN Act.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
