We collect the information you give us (name, email, phone, event details, venue address, questionnaire answers, messages and files) to quote, book, and deliver your event.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you opt in, Stripe stores your card for your scheduled balance payment.

Texts and email

With your consent, we send booking updates by text and email. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, payments, email and SMS delivery) and with your venue when needed for your event. We don’t sell personal information.
