Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total or $250, whichever is greater, reserves your date. It represents liquidated damages for holding the date and turning away other bookings. Dates are held only once the retainer is paid; unpaid holds release after 48 hours.

Balance

The balance is due 7 days before the event (14 days for weddings and events of 150+ guests) and is charged to the card on file if you opted in. We send notice 3 days before. Invoices unpaid 7 days past due incur a 5% late fee.

Cancellation

• 60+ days out: retainer is kept, nothing else owed
• 30–59 days out: 50% of the total is due
• Under 30 days: the full fee is due
• If Le’Pour fails to perform, you receive a full refund.

Rescheduling

One date change within 12 months of the original date at no charge ($100 fee if requested inside 30 days), subject to availability.

Responsible service

All staff are 21+. We check ID for anyone who appears under 30 and never serve anyone under 21. We may refuse service to anyone, including hosts, and last call is 30 minutes before the end of service.

Host responsibilities

The host purchases and provides all alcohol and ice, and may be asked to carry a one-day event liability policy of at least $1M naming Le’Pour ATL as additional insured, with the COI due 14 days before the event.

Overtime

Service beyond the contracted time is $75 per bartender per hour.
